Great American Classics is proud to offer up for sale on consignment this absolutely beautiful 1969 Ford Thunderbird 2 Dr. Landau. There has been no expense spared on this fabulous automobile. I challenge anybody to find a better riding and better built T-Bird than this one. It has always been garage kept and completely pampered. There is a written lineage that goes with the car dating back to the original owner. The present owner is the third owner of the car and he has known both owners for years. The paint and body on this beauty is super, super straight and very slick and glossy. This is a rust free car that has spent its entire life in the Dallas/ East Texas area. This T-Bird has been maticulously mantained and in 2005 was stripped completely down to the metal and professionally repainted Texas A&M maroon by Jerry's Restoration Shop in Wills Point, Texas. The top looks like new and the carpet and front seat covers are new and everything else looks great. All trim and bumpers look great. This car can be driven anywhere and can win at the car shows. You are sure to get a lot attention in this car. It is equiped with a Ford 460. The original engine is available and is in good condition. The transmission has been reconditioned and the AC converted to R134A. There has been numerous items replaced or repaired to keep this car in the best possible condition ever.Everything works as it should. It is not often that you find one of these rare Landau T-Birds and especially in this condition. The pictures just do not do this car justice.
